La Nova is perfectly located in the heart of the town, right next to Plaza de las Dones del Tèxtil, a lively square that has become a true local meeting point. Everything happens here, from morning coffees and weekend lunches to children playing in the playground while parents chat nearby. Around the square you have bakeries, supermarkets, and small shops that make daily life easy and social at the same time.

What we love about living here

What we have loved most about living in La Nova is the incredible convenience and quality of life it offers for our family. Everything we need is right below our home. We can walk down in the morning to pick up fresh bread from the bakery, have coffee at one of the cafés, and choose from a large selection of restaurants whenever we feel like eating out. The pharmacy, supermarket, and playgrounds are just steps away, so daily life feels wonderfully simple and effortless.

There is a real sense of community here. We have come to know the neighbours, the local shop owners, and the families who meet in the square each afternoon. It feels safe, welcoming, and full of life, with the perfect balance between the calm of the coast and the convenience of having everything close at hand. Just two blocks behind the building there is a peaceful park for walks or moments of quiet, and the beach is close enough for a relaxed weekend morning together.

Our apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom is a spacious double with its own ensuite, while the other two rooms are ideal for children, guests, or a home office. The home is completely exterior and features a 21 m² wrap around terrace with direct access from every bedroom, creating a wonderful sense of openness and natural light throughout. The living room and kitchen open directly onto the larger part of the terrace, where there is space for a table and chairs, a perfect spot to enjoy breakfast in the sun or dinner outdoors.

The rooftop swimming pool is one of our favourite places to cool off in summer and has been perfect for teaching the kids to swim. The underground parking space makes everyday life very easy, and the storage room next to the garage is perfect for keeping everything organised.

It is part of a modern and well designed community that offers all the comfort and practicality we could ask for. The apartment is bright, beautifully maintained, and filled with natural light throughout the day. For us, La Nova has been more than a family home. It has been a lifestyle of simplicity, connection, and coastal charm, where everything we value is close at hand.
